Cleaning inspector with a focus on education and training

Are you passionate about training and developing employees? We are looking for a cleaning inspector who will be responsible for training and education of our cleaning staff.
 Your primary tasks:
·         Development and implementation of training courses in cleaning techniques, ergonomics and chemistry
·         Ongoing evaluation of the employees' competences and ensuring a high professional standard
·         Training of new employees and introduction to work procedures
·         Ensure that all employees adhere to safety and quality standards
·         Ensure service assistants' correct use of our IT-based operating system M_Solution
·         Planning of daily operations, personnel plans and optimal logistics
·         Step in and lend a hand in cleaning if the need arises in urgent cases
·         Close cooperation with other cleaning inspectors and management
We expect you to:
·         Has solid experience with cleaning and teaching
·         Is a skilled communicator with a structured approach
·         Proficient in written and spoken Danish
·         Has a driving license and is willing to drive throughout North Zealand
·         Is flexible and can be available at various times, including evenings and weekends
·         Becomes familiar with our IT-based operating system M_Solution and can help service assistants use the system
