Job Description

Are you an experienced clinician or medical secretary/SAK with strong skills in the use of the Health Platform and digital solutions? Are you already a good communicator and teacher - or do you dream of becoming one? Then you are our new SP supporter!
The Department for Patient Progress, Digitization and Visitation in Psychiatry is growing. The SP supporters in the Digitization Team teach and support the use of the Health Platform (SP) throughout Psychiatry, and we are in demand, both as mediators and as sparring partners. We are therefore looking for a new colleague who is strong and experienced in the use of SP and would like to develop his skills for teaching and supporting colleagues within all professional groups.
About the position
You will be part of our SP Support Team, where we support the use of SP with training, both by new employees, super users and other clinicians in connection with efforts and updates. We contribute to finding solutions to users' problems - both the simple ones and the more complex ones. We have a close collaboration with other staff functions in Psychiatry, as well as Koncern Digitisering and Capital Region Psychiatry, and we are close to when new, digital solutions are to be rolled out in Psychiatry.
The support team is part of Digitisation, where we are 10 competent and committed employees who work with data, registration, support of the Health Platform and implementation of digital solutions. We are part of a clinical staff unit under the Department of Psychiatry: Department for Patient Progress, Digitization and Visitation.
We support the clinical departments in the digital and data-driven tasks that are connected to the overall patient processes, including ensuring the quality of data (input and output data), the use of the Health Platform and digital innovation.
Your profile:
You have solid experience with the use of SP for documentation, and the courage to communicate correct workflows to employees in Psychiatry. Perhaps you are already a super user for your colleagues today, and used to supporting new colleagues, solving problems and challenges with the Health Platform, and disseminating news to everyone in the department.
We expect you to have:

Healthcare background

Solid experience in using the Health Platform

Understanding of IT systems and connection to the clinical workflows

Experience in sidekick training and professional knowledge sharing

Desire to develop yourself in the role of teacher

Good communication skills, written and oral

Structured way of working

As a person, it comes naturally to you to spar with your closest colleagues and help them when needed. You focus on getting things done, but also find time to be curious and present in the team.
We offer:
We are physically located in Slagelse, and you will be part of a professional community, where we place great emphasis on collegial sparring, and have a focus, both on the development of the individual, and on the development of the team and the department. There is the possibility of a weekly home working day and flexibility in the organization of the work, taking into account the overall task solution. You must expect some outside activity in Psychiatry's other geographies, as well as teaching days in Ringsted.
