Plans and coordinates logistics activities, ensuring that all operations are carried out efficiently and in accordance with established deadlines; Manages and optimizes the flow of goods, from receiving orders to final delivery to customers; Checks the availability of goods in stock for delivery; Issues orders supply to suppliers; Monitors supply orders until reception; Plans and coordinates both inbound and outbound transports; Prepares documents in order to issue the UIT code necessary for transport; Issues UIT codes; Has responsibilities in the environmental area - waste reporting (keeps in touch with the partner company that makes the reports and provides the necessary information); Ensures the connection between the company and clients, receiving and checking orders in terms of quantities and verification terms delivery; Maintains constant communication with customers, informing them about the status of orders and changes in delivery terms; Manages urgent orders and communicates additional requirements to the purchasing and shipping department; Monitors supply and organizes shipments of goods according to commercial requirements and to optimize transport costs; Monitors sea, rail and air imports; Checks accompanying documents for imported products; Ensures documentation for carrying out customs formalities, according to legal regulations, with the aim of avoiding penalties and additional taxes; Translates the information related to the products and checks them to be in accordance with European and local standards; Works closely with the teams in the warehouse, supply as well as with other departments related to the purchase-sales activity; Monitors and constantly evaluates the supply flow of products, from the warehouse to the customer.
