IMPORT SPECIALIST

Main responsibilities:

Communication with a foreign partner regarding orders and the organization of the transportation of goods in international traffic

Drafting of an order for the implementation of all necessary customs procedures (placement of goods in a customs warehouse, customs clearance/reexport, regular and/or temporary import/export)

Preparation of the necessary documentation in order to lower the goods to their condition (formation of items according to the import/export controller)

Control of payments to foreign partners in cooperation with the accounting department

Organization of the arrival of samples of imported goods on time, as well as regular monitoring of the condition and distribution of samples for retail sale 

Preparation of documentation for the customs procedure (placement of goods under customs supervision, preparation of transit documents - NT document)

Creation of price list

Required Qualifications:

Minimum high school diploma, preferably university education in economics

Work experience of at least 4 years in jobs related to the import of goods

Excellent knowledge of the English language

Knowledge of working on a computer and in the MS Office suite, advanced Excel

Excellent knowledge of the process of forwarding, customs clearance of goods and re-export with accompanying documentation

Expressed precision and accuracy in work

Flexibility and teamwork orientation

Ability to work under deadlines and organizational skills
