Job Description:

Manipulation of different types of tailoring (leather and artificial materials) and sewing machines. If necessary, adjustment of parameters, replacement of knives, adjustment of needles, adjustment of tension on sewing machines, adjustment of splitting machines, elimination of minor defects.

Keeping track of process parameters for tailoring and sewing.

Overseeing continuous operation of tailoring and sewing machines to ensure parts meet specifications and to detect any machine malfunctions or product defects, making adjustments as necessary.

Measuring and visually inspecting products for surface and dimensional defects to ensure conformance to specifications.

Eliminating and analyzing errors/breakdowns on machines in cooperation with maintenance and process engineers

It works within the framework of the 5S methodology in order to maintain the workplace at the appropriate standard.

Application requirements:

III/IV degree of vocational education

Minimum of 3 years of work experience in the same or similar position

Minimum of one year of experience working on sewing and tailoring machines

Experience in adjusting sewing machines

Knowledge of technical documentation

Work in MS Office package

Knowledge of the English language
