Verdo Vand A/S in Randers is part of the Verdo group, which is a Danish utility company. We deal with tasks such as water extraction, water treatment, distribution of drinking water, maintenance and expansion of the water supply network as well as monitoring and management of water quality. Our customers are households, companies and public institutions. We emphasize environmental considerations and sustainability in our work and strive to deliver high-quality water supply solutions that respect resources and protect the environment. Do you want to be part of our strong team? For a new position, we are looking for a technical planner who will play a central role together with our team of water installers and project managers. Your reference will be the department manager for Verdo Vand A/S. The place of work is the office at Agerskellet in Randers, but it is expected that you will occasionally be visible there, where the practical tasks are carried out by our skilled water installers. You work i.a. as a link between the water fitters' work and the various project managers. Other primary internal partners are customer service and bookkeeping. Everyday life is characterized by both routine tasks and urgent situations, you must take action immediately, including going to the location and possibly make quick decisions. Some of the water fitters' work takes place below the surface, and something may see the light of day for the first time or for the first time in a long time. It can provide exciting challenges that are solved with a strong team at your back and external partners. Responsibilities Distribution of necessary resources for task execution, including manpower, machines and materials Materials are available for the water installers to carry out tasks Prioritization and sequence of task execution of water installation and service Secure customers and partners are informed about current events in relation to water supply The installation work is carried out in accordance with the company's quality standards and specifications Contribute to the identification and resolution of problems that arise during the assembly work, such as technical challenges or delays Implementation of solutions and preventive measures to minimize future problems Primary tasks Preparation of staffing plans Schedule management of the assembly work, including adjustment of schedules in case of delays or unforeseen events Ordering materials and invoicing Handle the dialogue with customers and other partners from the office or when visiting locations in the wiring network Participation in new project collaborations Prepare and maintain documentation for assembly processes, schedules, and resource consumption Carry out practical tasks when the occasion arises: it makes sense that the planner is the one who in a situation is the most relevant to close a tap or valve, it is expected that one can and does it. Provide input to improve processes About you: We are looking for an assembly professional profile who thrives in a role that is both administrative and practical. It is an advantage if you have knowledge of the supply industry. You have a strong understanding of drawing, and your PC skills are at user level. You are good at creating an overview of work tasks and can keep calm when things are going fast. You meet different stakeholders at eye level and create trust through your personality and professional skills.
