Job Description

The Center for Properties (CEJ) is looking for a deputy director who can set the direction for logistics, storage and transport. CEJ has now been in existence for eight years in the Capital Region, but is still a young organization with great potential. We are therefore looking for a visionary deputy director who can help develop CEJ further and at the same time act as a rope holder in the logistics area. You must help operate and further develop robust and efficient logistics solutions and ensure high security of supply across the region. In these years, the logistics area has also focused on the development and implementation of running robots for many different types of tasks – both in existing hospitals and not least in new hospitals, where the logistics area in the Center for Properties provides advice and execution in the entire OT area (operational technology). CEJ is one of Denmark's largest builders, which builds and commissions the Capital Region's new hospitals and handles hundreds of construction and renovation projects every year. The Capital Region is also facing a merger with Region Zealand – the new Region East Denmark – which makes the work with a strong and coherent supply chain even more important. About the position As deputy director of CEJ Logistik, you will be the manager of three unit managers who are associated respectively with Supply Chain, Transport and Fleet Management and Hospital Logistics. The director area has approx. 200 employees, and together with them you must secure and further develop a robust and efficient supply chain from order to delivery. You also have an important role as a good and active sparring partner for the other members of the executive board and are driven by strong cross-functional collaboration and coordination. More specifically, you must contribute to the implementation of the determined strategy in collaboration with the other management with a focus on being the preferred partner for hospitals and other stakeholders in the Capital Region ensure high security of supply and a strong connection between clinical functions, transport and the supply chain develop logistics solutions in new and existing hospital buildings, including designing and implementing digital and data-supported supply chains as well as green transport solutions ensure efficient and stable operations with high capacity utilization continue the development of the service culture in administration and operations strengthen coordination and cooperation between Center for Properties, the hospitals and other actors exercise good management and take the lead to ensure a workplace with well-being and result creation, meet goals for finances and resources and ensure professional management Your profile You have deep experience with logistics, supply chains (Supply Chain Management) or transport, from public or private companies with high complexity. You have strong digital skills and also have a good knowledge of sustainable processes. You also have a solid financial understanding with experience in managing large budgets. In addition, you have several years of experience at director level and managing managers. Your leadership style is value-based, delegating and motivating, and you have a good mood and great personal drive. You are results-oriented and have impact, but with a focus on the whole. You are skilled at creating cross-functional networks and collaborating with important stakeholders. Finally, you are a strong communicator who conveys messages clearly to many different target groups. In terms of education, you probably have a master's degree in merchandising, a master's degree in polytechnics. or similar with specialization in Supply Chain Management, logistics or transport.
