Competent Requirements • Have a good understanding of the principles and practices of project management. This includes the ability to develop and implement project plans, manage resources and monitor progress effectively.• Communicate clearly and concisely with team members, clients, consultants and other stakeholders, both in writing and verbally.• Motivate and inspire the team to to achieve the objectives of the project. This may involve delegating tasks, providing guidance and support, and managing conflict or performance issues.• Effectively manage available resources, including time, budget, materials and manpower. This involves making strategic decisions to optimize the use of resources and ensure the completion of the project on time.• Quickly identify these problems and find effective solutions to overcome them, considering the impact on the project and the team.• Have technical knowledge and a Solid understanding of design processes and practices. This enables him to provide guidance and make informed decisions throughout the project. Qualification Level / Education• Mandatory – higher education in a relevant field such as architecture, civil engineering, structural engineering, interior design or a similar field.
