Responsibilities Identify and attract the most suitable candidates through various recruitment methods and channels. Account management and a client orientation to understand their specific needs and deliver quick and efficient solutions.Coordinating the interview and assessment process, ensuring that your recommendations are based on the real needs of the company.Using sales and persuasion skills to be able to provide real visibility to potential candidates, regarding the opportunities offered by KreativeHR clients and to negotiate employment offers. Editing the profile for each candidate in the process. Realization through the application (ATS) of reports on the status of assigned projects. Periodic analysis of recruitment processes and the proposal of improvement measures.
