The production company "Frigo Žika" from Ruma needs 1 executor for the position:

Warehouse manager

Job Description:

Management of the entire operation of the warehouse, with a special focus on the implementation and improvement of systems based on barcodes for monitoring stocks, inputs and outputs of goods

Introduction and optimization of processes for digitization of receipt, issue and stock search using barcodes

Maintaining the system for generating, scanning and tracking bar codes through software applications in all phases of storage and distribution

Organizing and supervising the work of warehouse workers

Educating the team on the use of bar codes and technologies that enable efficient and accurate inventory tracking

Developing and implementing procedures to improve warehouse efficiency

Management reporting on warehouse key performance indicators (KPIs).

Ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards in warehouses, including protecting data collected through barcodes

Cooperation with other sectors of the company (logistics, procurement, sales) to ensure timely supply and fulfillment of client requirements

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management

Experience in leading a team and optimizing work processes

Knowledge of warehouse management software systems and MS Office packages

Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills

Ability to make quick and effective decisions in a dynamic work environment

Knowledge of safety regulations and standards in the warehouse

VSS, preferably in the field of logistics, engineering or similar fields
