Senior EHS and Facility Operations Engineer
Tasks and responsibilities:
This position combines duties related to facility operations and occupational health and safety to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
In the field of occupational health and safety:
·       Performing regular risk assessments, audits, identifying potential workplace safety hazards and implementing corrective measures,
Develop, implement and maintain security protocols, policies and procedures in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements,
·       Machines, machine introduction support,
·       Organization and conduct of training programs,
·       Investigating workplace accidents, proposing improvements,
·       Ensuring compliance with local and international health and safety laws,
·       Following and improving environmental protection measures,
Liaison with the authorities,
·       Maintaining and updating accurate documentation.
In the field of facility operation:
·       Supervision of the building's infrastructure, operational and utility areas, including the daily operation and maintenance of HVAC, electrical systems and other technical systems,
·       Ensures that the building facilities are fully operational and efficient and comply with all regulations,
·       Coordinates and manages the preventive maintenance schedule of building systems in order to reduce downtime and maintain operational safety,
·       Monitoring and controlling the building's energy consumption, creating and implementing plans aimed at energy efficiency and cost reduction.
Expectations:
·       Professional engineering, occupational safety and fire protection qualification,
·       At least 5 years of professional experience in the processing industry,
·       Strong mechanical and technical skills,
·       Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,
·       English language skills for everyday work, good communication skills,
·       Willingness to learn and develop, striving for accurate, precise results,
· Personal work at the site, no Home Office
·       Working under high pressure,
·       Computer skills: MS Office, ERP.
