Main role:

Manages fresh product categories

Key Responsibilities:

Harmonization of pricing policy and definition of margins for all items within the fresh categories according to the defined price strategy

Defining the range, listing existing and introducing new items

Conducting negotiations related to the procurement of goods, preparing a financial review of key KPI suppliers

Preparation of reports on category results to the responsible manager

Implementation of the proposed corrective measures in connection with the achievement of the set goals

Proper and up-to-date record keeping.

Requirements and Qualifications:

VI or VII degree of vocational education

Experience in similar jobs for a minimum of 12 months is desirable

Knowledge of the English language

Active use of MS Office packages

Driving license category B, active driver
