Job Description
We are looking for a maternity substitute for a position in our Case Handling Team. We are looking for a colleague who can both work independently and contribute actively to the team, and who thrives on a versatile and varied working day. Your most important tasksCase processing of setting up, dismantling and repair of locks and emergency calls Reporting of laundry and purchases for citizens in the systemCase processing of care leave and terminal declarationsCase processing of flexible disabled driving for citizensCase processing regarding inter-municipal reimbursementCase processing of complaints and access to documentsSupporting and specifying payments in the area of assistive technologyCase processing - Particularly expensive individual casesQuarterly budget follow-up and status reconciliation in collaboration with the nearest manager Case processing of reduced payment for food during a temporary stay Case processing of body-borne aids. Your skills Have a relevant education - you may have a municipal retraining or diploma in public administration and administration Has experience in writing decisions Has knowledge of the legislation and delimiting areas Has the desire and courage for the authority task Can work in a structured way and collaborate with relevant actors and partners, e.g. home care, suppliers, general practitioners etc. to acquire new knowledge Have good energy, a sense of humor and a twinkle in the eye - even in busy periods and in difficult situations Have knowledge of the financial system Prisme, A-Sag, the Office package 365, and the Nexus care system. You will get that with us You will be part of a team with three other colleagues, a team coordinator and daily manager. The Case Handling Team has an ongoing focus on competence development and professional upskilling. You must be able to be part of a team that handles many different tasks. The team works from a culture of improvement, where we use whiteboard meetings to optimize our workflows. We emphasize that you are good at acquiring new knowledge, especially in the area of legislation, and that you are curious and proactive in your approach to everyday tasks. We think that you are an outgoing and service-minded colleague who will help to strengthen both interaction and teamwork. It is also important to us that you are structured and understand holistic task solving across teams and professional groups. Who we are You will become part of the Case Handling Team in Decisions and Aids, which belongs to the Center for Care and Health Promotion. We work on a daily basis with an appreciative approach to each other in a structured culture of improvement. We have ongoing professional development and sparring, as well as a focus on our work processes. In this way, we support our core task with the citizen at the centre. We sit together as a team in a spacious office. Here we have a good interaction with other teams in everyday life, both socially and professionally.
