The adult disability team is part of Rebild municipality's Center Family and Handicap. The team carries out tasks cf. the Service Act for adults with reduced physical or mental functioning or with special social problems with the aim of ensuring that the individual receives a coherent and holistic effort that meets the individual's needs. About the position In the adult disability team, we focus on developing the core service, involving the citizen and a good interaction between the authority and efforts as well as other partners. We work focused on the development of more efficient and financially sustainable case processing & focus on effective management of the legal framework and the municipality's ability to systematize work with the cases. We do this based on the assumption that a closer follow-up of the efforts and increased demands on the executor will ensure the quality of the case work.
