Become a member of our Customer Care Services team! You will be the main point of contact for clients and suppliers, and together with other team members you will coordinate individual steps and ensure that our orders are completed to everyone's satisfaction._x000D_
What will your working day look like with us ðŸ'»_x000D_
You will communicate with international clients regarding their orders (by e-mail, internationally by phone) and ensure their maximum satisfaction_x000D_
Ensure that our orders meet the required quality and specified service content_x000D_
You will communicate with technicians around the world, coordinate and control their work_x000D_
If the client requests back-ordered goods during the course of the order, you will forward the request to the relevant team and participate in the implementation_x000D_
You will work very closely with other teams, especially when coordinating and implementing orders_x000D_
If the job requires it, you will look for new techniques_x000D_

Excellent communication and coordination skills_x000D_
English at a good communication level_x000D_
Customer Service Experience_x000D_
