Rent a Car Operations Partner Manager

The company you will be part of is a start-up in the field of operational leasing, with a diversified car fleet, including top and premium brands. Location: Pipera (Ilfov/Bucharest) Responsibilities: Elaboration of strategies for the development of Rent a Car business services; Updating the fleet of cars on Rent a Car websites; Development and coordination of a future team; Market prospecting in the Rent a Car business segment and the development of new partnerships; Preparing and delivering cars to customers; Completing rental contracts; Maintaining relations with clients and providing support to them throughout the collaboration; establishing long-term relationships; Updating information in internal programs and maintaining links with the Logistics, Legal, Financial-Accounting departments. Requirements & Competencies: Completed secondary education, higher education is an advantage; 5 years of work experience in Rent a Car companies; Car license - category B; English - medium/conversational level; Good MS Office operating skills (MS Excel); Dynamic person, with excellent communication skills and spirit of the team; Organized person, attentive to details, responsible; Initiative and orientation towards solving problems.
