Your role: As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately processing and managing our Germany employee salaries, benefits, and deductions, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and maintaining precise financial records. How you will contribute to our success: Preparing the monthly payroll and taking into account all respective tax and social security regulations; Assessing extensive issues from the perspective of wage tax and social insurance and implementing these correctly and in an audit-proof manner in the payroll process; Checking expenses reports and implementing payroll-relevant components in final Payroll; Entering and maintaining personnel's data in software, such as DATEV LODAS and other internal programs; Communicating with social insurance agencies, tax authorities and other institutions; Preparing of weekly and monthly personnel key figures and statistics; Cooperating with different departments, including HR Dpt. to improve payroll service; Assisting Finance Dpt. in other accounting tasks.
