About the team and role At the Kariera Group Product team, you will act as one of our Product Managers, you will drive the vision and development of features by using Agile best practices. Reporting to the Group PM, you will be closely collaborating with a Product Designer, the S/W developers and other Product Managers responsible for different areas of the product, to refine the vision and execute your product roadmap on a day-to-day basis. This is a unique opportunity to drive product strategy and delivery for a global SaaS product being sold in multiple markets and for ensuring that our Tech teams are focused on delivering the biggest impact possible for the HR/tech business. In short, you will be one of the Product Managers for an established global SaaS product by defining its roadmap and driving delivery and execution to achieve key product and business objectives. The role Analyze and understand incoming business requirements, identify the user pain points behind these and propose solutions. Maintain and manage your product backlog, iteration planning, prioritize stories/bugs for your Scrum team and confirm that all stories are fully elaborated before being inserted in the Sprint backlog. Create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications that guide development teams in delivering high-quality features. Collaborate with our Business, Operations, and PED (product, engineering, design) teams to shape a product vision, strategy and roadmap for your product. Collect and analyze feedback from users, business stakeholders across our multiple markets (incl. C-level) and other internal teams to shape new requirements that will result in new features. Collect and analyze data about your feature launches in order to validate goals and continuously iterate. Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) setting the direction of your product area. Make sure there is a good balance between new product features and tech improvements/ tech debt always being Agile. Maintain knowledge wiki pages in Confluence for the new features and own the e2e product documentation for business users (User maps, User flows, User journeys, etc.). Actively contribute in acceptance testing, UATs and TOLs and in general sign-off any work produced by the engineering team before shipping it to the customer, ensuring high quality standards. Basic requirements: 2+ years of working experience as a Product Manager in an Agile team. Experience creating and maintaining a product backlog from conception to launch. Demonstrated experience in gathering and prioritizing product requirements from diverse stakeholders and creating detailed and complete product requirement documents. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Excellent organizational skills, communicating timelines and stakeholder management skills. Attention to detail and equipped with an eye for UI/UX. A positive attitude A+ team player with a builder mentality. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely across technical and non-technical audiences. Nice to have: 1+ year of working experience in a SaaS environment. Past work experience in the HR tech industry is not a must, but will be appreciated. Proven knowledge of Agile frameworks such as SAFe, Less, Scrum and Kanban.
