Product Marketing Manager Aggregates

Overview TITAN Greece has an excellent opportunity for a Product Manager for the aggregates business to join our dynamic team at our Head Office. This role is integral to our operations, focusing on driving product innovation and market leadership in the aggregates materials sector, with a specific emphasis on the development and execution of product strategies. Responsibilities Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch. Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams. Create product strategy documents that include business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI. Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful development, QA, and release of products, while effectively balancing resources to meet organizational goals. Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to understand market demands, customer preferences, and industry trends Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates the company’s products in key market segments; collaborate with the communication team to create compelling promotional materials and advertising campaigns. Collaborate with the sales team to develop tools, materials, and strategies to enhance product sales. Actively contribute to the development and execution of sustainability initiatives related to all product lines in the Greek region. Conduct training programs to educate customers on product features, benefits, and best practices. Support product launch efforts by analyzing market segments, proposing targeted promotional strategies, and driving product penetration in key sectors, including infrastructure, construction, and industrial markets. Strategically optimize the product mix by evaluating customer needs, market trends, inventories – production stages, and sales performance to align offerings with demand, ensuring a balanced portfolio and an optimum material flow, that drives revenue growth, enhances profitability and captures greater market share. Focus on achieving strategic objectives, such as increasing market share in Greece and expanding the product's presence in priority sectors. The role requires up to 20% travel, primarily within Greece Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing or Engineering 3-5 years of Product Management experience in the aggregates sector or lightweight building materials industry, with a proven track record of driving product success and market penetration. Strong technical knowledge in concrete applications and product performance evaluation is preferred. Experience in project management, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation Self-Driven, with the ability to set and pursue goals that drive excellence Passion for sustainability and a keen interest in developing environmentally responsible construction materials.
