Responsible for international distribution sales office.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for several key activities related to import-export operations. Main duties include:- Managing orders with customers and suppliers: Maintaining constant and effective contact with customers and suppliers abroad, ensuring fluent and timely communication to ensure efficient business operations.- Coordination orders: Management of work orders with accuracy, evaluating and monitoring the delivery terms requested by suppliers in relation to those negotiated with clients. - Archiving and information management: Silent management of received information, ensuring accurate and organized archiving. Required skills: - Familiar with Invoices Pro-forma, Tax invoices, packing list.- Excellent knowledge of Excel.- Excellent communication in English, at least in writing.
