Exchange manager - Jilava warehouse, Ilfov

Main responsibilities: - Organization of the handover-reception process between shifts for the operational staff, specifying the specific objectives to be achieved; - Supervision of compliance with technological discipline and work safety within the warehouse; - Ensuring the delivery of petroleum products from the warehouse, using the COTAS system; - Operation of the 800 xA system, for the realization of the unloading routes of CF wagons, tank trucks and for the realization of the delivery routes of the petroleum products - Ensuring the optimal functioning of the COTAS system, as an integrated part of the work processes that take place in the warehouse - Organization and control of the activities regarding the reception, handling, storage and delivery of petroleum products carried out within the warehouse, in order to eliminate uncontrolled losses or the possibility of evasion of goods under its management; - Ensuring the unloading, handling, storage and delivery of petroleum products in safe conditions; - Ensuring and maintaining the quality of petroleum products from management; - Supervision of compliance with technological discipline and work safety in the areas where they carry out their activity (loading ramps, unloading ramps, pump houses, tank parks) - Administration of manually prepared financial-accounting documents.
