What’s expected
Supervise the activities of the kitchen staff
Motivate and guides the team towards achieving exceptional service and guest satisfaction results
Manage kitchen staff (shifts, performance, cooperation, goals)
Monitor quality & quantity targets
Monitor food production, ordering, cost quality and consistency daily
Adherence to HACCP procedures and Health Protocols in the kitchen area
Requirements
Degree from a relevant school
Experience in international and Greek cuisine, especially buffet
At least 2 years' experience in 5-star hotels
Knowledge and experience in modern techniques for a la carte menus.
Essential knowledge of procedures and policies (ISO 22000, HACCP) regarding preparation, receipt, storage and sanitation of preparation and food areas.
Certificate of training in Health Protocols
Excellent knowledge of English and Greek.
Computer literacy is essential
