Responsibilities Assist the Executive Chef in the daily kitchen operations and menu planning. Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring effective teamwork and high standards of food preparation. Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, following restaurant recipes and quality standards. Ensure the kitchen complies with health and safety regulations. Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and assist in management of food waste.
