Responsibilities:

Managing the daily operations of the hotel to ensure standardized service and guest satisfaction.

Hotel staff management, including recruitment, training and monitoring.

Development and application of standards and procedures to ensure efficiency and quality of service.

Monitoring financial parameters and costs of hotel operations in order to achieve profitability goals.

Work on continuous improvement of services and processes to improve guest experiences.

Maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety and property maintenance.
