Real Estate Sales Consultant

The Real Estate Sales Consultant will be responsible for facilitating the sale of various real estate assets. This role involves guiding clients through the entire buying and selling process, ensuring they receive expert advice and assistance to meet their real estate needs. Main Responsibilities: Promote properties through advertisements, listings, and open houses. Collaborate effectively with Real Estate Agents to maximize sales potential, Engage with potential clients, providing them with insights on property value and their suitability, Conduct property showings for prospective buyers, Assist in preparing and compiling offers, term sheets, and amendments, Participate in all stages of the commercialization process to enhance sales outcomes, Prepare comprehensive reports for clients, detailing market trends and sales progress. Requirements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field, Minimum of 1 year of experience in property sales, Proficient in verbal and written communication, Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, Valid driver's license required.
