DUTIES
Ensuring proper customer service.
Achieving the store's financial goals.
Ensuring the proper operation of the store and compliance with all prescribed procedures.
Responsible for the commercial management of the store.
Ensuring the store's commercial image in accordance with the company's Visual Merchandising rules.
Management, training and coordination of the group of employees.
Direct collaboration with the company's Area Managers team with the aim of optimizing the store's image.
PROFILE
Previous experience 1-2 years in the field of women's clothing in a similar position of responsibility.
Previous experience in a Visual Merchandiser position will be considered an additional qualification.
Good communication & organizational skills.
Result Orientation.
Ability to take initiative and make decisions.
Good knowledge of English language.
Good computer skills (Ms Office).
