Senior Maintenance Engineer

We are looking for a Senior maintenance engineer for our partner company in the Kaposvár area.
Coordination of maintenance professionals
Development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs
Carrying out regular equipment and facility inspections
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical and plumbing services
Management of maintenance budgets and cost control
Procurement and inventory of spare parts and supplies
Training and mentoring of maintenance staff
Development and implementation of efficiency-enhancing strategies
Monitoring and analysis of equipment performance data
Cooperation with external contractors and suppliers
Prepare and present maintenance reports to management
Development and implementation of development proposals
Proper documentation of maintenance procedures
Get up-to-date information on industry trends and best practices
