We are currently looking to expand our marketing team with an eager, cooperative, goal-focused
Product Manager (Engineer), Construction chemicals
Reporting to: Director of Commercial Strategy, Product & Business Development
The right candidate will:
Be
responsible for the development of the construction materials product range (sealants, adhesives, silicones)
and their
go-to market strategy and execution
. He/she will work cross-functional with marketing, sales, creative and trade marketing to
build strong brand presence in the local and international market for assigned product range
. We are looking for an individual who will bring expertise and new ideas to the table, to grow and evolve the business
as part of a high performing team.
Key Accountabilities:
Product Management:
Responsible and
accountable to create the roadmap to establish the product range
including managing complete
product Lifecycle of construction chemicals product range
, including
range expansion
, new
product development
in coordination with R&D as well as
pricing strategy.
Responsible of
product data
(
specs, features, USPs etc
) development and maintenance
Suggesting
promo plans
with sales
forecast
and
stock planning.
Closely
monitors product range’s performance
of all the
promotional activities
evaluates the outcomes and proposes accordingly.
Product training and customer engagement:
Conducts
market visits
,
both domestically
and
internationally
as needed
Product training
and
demonstration
to sales team and
key clients
including
creation of any relevant training material
(presentations, manuals, videos, and interactive modules)
Provide technical support to clients
and facilitate the sales
Competition and Market monitoring:
Monitors
market demand
of assigned product range
Monitors competition’s
digital and trade activities (e-commerce, offers, social media & newsletter content etc)
Additional Accountabilities (supporting Marketing Team efforts)
Go to market strategy planning
:
Leads go to
market plan
and execution of assigned product range – coordination of all related activities.
Supports design and
excellent implementation of BTL campaigns
within budget in direct cooperation with Marketing, Trade and Sales Departments, ensuring the
appropriate POSM per store allocation
, based on both customer segmentation as well as brands’ A&P budget and strategy.
Collaborates with sales department to develop new sales channels / networks
, based on brand and product range strategy to develop / improve the product mix in the existing network.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
in
engineering
, or a related field from
a well reputable University
with
excellent academic record
Master's degree preferred.
4-6 years
of experience in a similar positionProven
experience in technical and instructional design
, particularly in the industrial or construction equipment sector
Outstanding
written and verbal communication skills in
Greek & English
Deep
knowledge of safety protocols
.
Qualifications:
Strong presentation and communication skills
, with the ability to
convey complex technical concepts clearly
and effectively.
Demonstrated ability to
collaborate cross-functionally

lead projects
from conception to completion.
Commercial understanding:

Tool and Machinery Product Compliance Manager
The right candidate will:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the compliance of hand tools, power tools, and machinery with applicable laws and regulations.
Key Accountabilities:
Ensure product compliance with local and international laws and regulations.
Conduct tests and quality checks to ensure product safety and effectiveness.
Collaborate with production, R&D, and marketing departments to develop new products that meet compliance requirements.
Monitor changes in legislation and update the company on their impacts.
Create and manage technical files and other related compliance documentation.
Address and resolve compliance issues arising from markets and customers.
Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of international regulations and standards (e.g., CE, RoHS, REACH).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in English.
