Purchasing & Supply Management -Identify and negotiate with suppliers of materials and services. -Request quotes and compare proposals to ensure the best cost-benefit ratio. -Manage supplies to ensure the continuous flow of operations. -Supervise deliveries and ensure deadlines are met. Logistics & Transport Management -Select and negotiate with transporters for the movement of modules. -Program and coordinate transport requests for construction sites. -Ensure that module downloads are carried out efficiently. -Plan and ensure delivery deadlines are met. Internal Management & Coordination -Maintain effective communication with operational and commercial teams. -Ensure the correct flow of information between departments. Stock Management and Reports -Control module inventory and record all movements. -Perform stock counts and audits. -Prepare detailed reports for administration. You are the right person for this opportunity if you have: Training & Experience - Training in Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or similar areas (valued). -Minimum experience of 2-3 years in procurement, purchasing or logistics. -Experience in managing suppliers and transporters. -Solid knowledge in negotiation and cost control. Technical Skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and purchasing management/ERP software. -Knowledge of stock and logistics management tools. -Ability to analyze contracts and supplier proposals. -Sensitivity for optimizing logistical and operational costs. Personal Skills -Organization and planning to manage multiple tasks. -Negotiation skills to guarantee the best prices and deadlines. -Effective communication to work as a team and coordinate processes. -Resilience and proactivity to resolve unforeseen events and meet deadlines.
