The main responsibilities: draw up the Annual Exploitation Programs in the Quarries of the Factory (secret service documents); Keep and document the exploitation licenses and cadastral Plans of the Factory; Calculate and report the resources and reserves of Raw Materials in the PERC system at the Heidelberg Materials Romania factories; Update quarterly and how many times the annual exploitation plans are needed (imposed by the Territorial Inspectorates for mineral resources and by the Territorial Labor Inspectorates); Establishes annually the location of mining works, opening and preparation works in the Quarry (broken down during the calendar year); Permanently monitors the situation of approved reserves for each Quarry and in case of need takes measures to promote new reserves based on prospecting works; Proposes the acquisition of the lands necessary to carry out mining activities in the company's Quarries and keeps records of all the lands in the company's heritage or concessioned/leased by the company; Ensures the preparation of geological studies and geotechnical for establishing the slopes in the Quarry, the access roads, the waste piling spaces as well as the physico-chemical composition of the useful mineral substances, including the chemical maps; Obtain the necessary approvals from the competent authorities for the piling spaces in the Quarry; Update the topographical plans through periodic topo surveys in the Quarry, according to the legislation and exploitation licenses; prepares the daily production and stocks report in the Quarry; Performs monthly measurements regarding the establishment of stocks of raw materials, coke, coal, slag, pyrite, Lot 4 dump, rolled slabs, gypsum, etc.; Calculates the mining royalty quarterly, prepares the geo-mining report and the updated situation plan, in accordance with the Law of mines and the exploitation license and submits to the Territorial Inspectorates for Mineral Resources; Annually reports to the National Agency for Mineral Resources, the quantities of mineral resources exploited, the mining activity carried out during the year and the forms with records and the movement of reserves of useful mineral substances; prepares and reports to the Territorial Inspectorates for Mineral Resources the calculation sheets of the annual exploitation fees; Our offer: as an employee of Heidelberg Materials România S.A., you will benefit from: Professional work environment where your health and safety come first; Strong team to develop with; Possibility to participate in professional development programs (in the country or within the group), including programs to develop managerial skills; Subscription Bookster; Competitive package of compensations and benefits:- Motivating salary and increases according to annual negotiations with the Union- Annual performance bonus depending on the performance of the company, but also depending on your own performance;- Private medical insurance (after 1 year);- Vacation allowance;- Vouchers - Free transport provided by the company to/from the workplace; - 28 days of vacation; - Other benefits according to the legislation: gifts on June 1/Christmas for children, on March 8 for women, on Company Day for all employees, help for births and other family events.
