COORDINATOR OF CONSTRUCTION WORK_x000D_
Boint, a dynamic construction company based in Prague 5 - Radotín, is expanding its team and is looking for a Construction Coordinator. If you have experience in the construction industry, enjoy organization and want to work on interesting projects throughout the Czech Republic, then we are looking for you!_x000D_
What awaits you in this position?_x000D_
Ensuring coordination of construction professions:_x000D_
You will be responsible for managing and organizing all necessary professions on the construction site to ensure everything runs smoothly and according to plan._x000D_
Cooperation on interior projects:_x000D_
Your main tasks will be work on commercial units - this is interior work and renovations._x000D_
Work with drawing documentation:_x000D_
You will work with drawings and documentation on a daily basis, so you should have the ability to read and navigate them._x000D_
Traveling:_x000D_
The work takes place throughout ÄŒR._x000D_
What are our requirements?_x000D_
Construction knowledge:_x000D_
At least basic knowledge in the field of construction work is necessary, but ideally we would also welcome practical experience._x000D_
Organizational skills:_x000D_
We expect you to be able to effectively plan and coordinate the work of various construction professions independently._x000D_
Reading drawing:_x000D_
The ability to understand technical drawings is key for this position._x000D_
Jewish identity card group B:_x000D_
Since you will be traveling throughout the country, a Jewish ID is a requirement._x000D_
Basic knowledge of working with a PC:_x000D_
Working with Excel will not be a problem for you._x000D_
Flexibility and appetite for work:_x000D_
Willingness to travel and adapt to changing construction site conditions is appreciated._x000D_
