Regional Manager (on-site Bucharest)Join the Magnor team in a dynamic work environment, surrounded by success. We successfully conduct our commercial activities both in physical stores and online, having the highest standards of quality and professionalism operating 25 open agencies nationwide. Key Responsibilities of the role: Coordinate recurring operations in the 25 locations across the country to ensure exceptional service and efficient workflows. And the implementation of sales strategies that are in line with the company's general objectives. The identification and capitalization of new business opportunities on the regional market. The analysis and understanding of the local market, consumer trends and competition. Leader, mentor and developer of the Zonal Managers and members teams, promoting a positive and high-performing work environment. Implementing sales strategies to increase efficiency, customer satisfaction and profitability. Maintaining the highest quality standards of services and products offered. Managing feedback and improving business processes. Managing budgets, optimizing costs and contributing to reporting financial. Setting individual and collective goals for country agencies. Conducting periodic team evaluations and developing performance improvement plans. Ensuring that all operations comply with industry regulations and internal company policies. Tracking and reporting sales progress in line with established goals. Analyzing performance indicators performance (KPI) and adjusting strategies where necessary. Reporting to central management on market evolution and team achievements Analyzing return on investment in sales and proposing adjustments where necessary. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of management experience operational/sales, preferably in banking, financial services, retail, etc. Proven ability to lead and inspire teams across the country. Strong commitment to delivering excellent Magnor customer experiences. Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop and implement effective sales growth strategies. Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills, both written and spoken. Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance & Banking, Administration or related fields.
