Regional Retail Manager 

Job Description:

Management and supervision of the operation of retail establishments within the assigned region on the territory of Belgrade

Monitoring sales targets and KPIs for each facility

Management and coordination of a team of employees in retail stores, with the aim of achieving optimal results and high work standards

Active guidance and support in the professional development of the team of employees

Development and implementation of strategies to increase sales and profitability

Ensuring a consistent and high level of customer service

Active monitoring of market trends, identification of the need for innovation and change, and engagement in the implementation of changes

Conditions:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in the same or similar jobs

Developed organizational and communication skills

Category B driver's license/active driver
