Senior Purchase to Pay Specialist

Key responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including identifying needs, sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and tracking purchases.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, product quality, and timely delivery.

Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify potential new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality control and finance, to ensure purchase orders align with company needs and budget constraints.

Evaluate supplier performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed.

Maintain accurate records of all purchase transactions and generate reports for senior management.

Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in chemical production and procurement best practices.

Required qualifications and experience:

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Experience in chemical production, automotive or engineering could be an advantage.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the chemical industry

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills

Excellent excel skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.

Proficient in English and Serbian.
