Production Supervisor

You will have the opportunity to: Coordinate the daily activities of your team to achieve set production goals; Organize, plan and allocate tasks effectively within the shift you supervise; Monitor team performance and intervene promptly to eliminate deficiencies in the production process; Report all deviations on the flow coordinated; Manage the available resources to ensure compliance with Good Pharmaceutical Practice and quality standards; Develop the team through continuous training, giving them the motivation and guidance necessary for personal and collective success.
