Job Description

Our partner is a global sports service company that operates in the field of sports marketing, media rights sales, event organization and sponsorship. Operations team leader Duties Management of the operations team (3 people), optimal organization of daily activities Complete facility management: coordination and control of the work of maintenance and cleaning subcontractors Continuous monitoring of the state of the sports facility, documentation of inspections, supervision of maintenance servicing and coordination of renovations Continuous inspections, visits related to works and events (from small to large) Getting to know complete mechanical systems, operation, continuous maintenance (such as cooling, heating, water, sewage, track heating, energy, building electricity from the high-current side, etc.) Procedures and work according to the maintenance plan Continuous monitoring and analysis of cost planning and costs Compliance of the building with all applicable legislation (fire, occupational safety) Ensuring the operation of utility infrastructure Continuous optimization of the building's energy consumption, reduction of energy costs Management of investments Internal instructions monitoring of compliance Preparation of reports and statements for the management Liaison with authorities, administration of permits related to the activity Participation in operational operations, preparation of strategic decisions Cost management Inventory management General and technical administration Requirements Advanced specialized education (mechanical engineer or electrical engineer) Category B driver's license Minimum 7 years as Facility Manager in real estate management Minimum 3 years of managerial experience Demanding, proactive, owner-oriented approach to work Comprehensive professional knowledge of the operation of the equipment in the buildings Oral and written English communication skills (minimum intermediate level) Computer user skills AutoCad user-level knowledge Flexible working hours What we offer Competitive salary High cafeteria allowance Health insurance support
