Head of production at the glue production plant - Inđija
Responsibilities:
Management and coordination of production activities.
Monitoring and analysis of production processes to identify areas for improvement.
Leading and motivating the production team, including employee training and development.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards at work.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance and efficiency of operations.
